The film essay STICKING PIGS tells the story of the film auteur's father from a time when when “nose to tail” was not yet a gourmet trend, but a matter of course and an economic necessity. It’s also about how this so urgently pending sustainability is approached today on an organic farm in southern Styria and a gourmet restaurant in Burgenland.
